A manifest is a detailed list of the inventory you want to liquidate. It typically includes item names, quantities, and product conditions. We ask for it to evaluate your goods accurately and provide you with a fair quote. A simple Excel file is preferred.
If you don’t have a manifest, don’t worry! Just provide as much information as possible about the products, and we’ll work with you to create a fair assessment. We may request photos of the inventory for further evaluation.
Yes, we buy both damaged and returned items, including unmanifested returns and salvageable lots. We offer competitive pricing based on the condition and resale potential of the products.
While it’s not necessary to organize your inventory, providing clear details about the products in the manifest will help expedite the process and ensure a faster quote. If the inventory is in bulk, a brief description of each category helps us evaluate it better

Once we purchase your inventory, it is resold through our established network of retailers, discount chains, mass merchants, small stores, pharmacies, grocery shops, dollar stores, flea market vendors, and specialty outlets.

Yes, we work with businesses both domestically and internationally. If you’re located outside the U.S., we can assist with international shipments. Our logistics team will handle all the details to make the process smooth
We provide preliminary estimates based on the information you give us. However, for an accurate quote, we’ll need detailed information, such as a manifest or photos of the inventory. Submit your inventory details for the best possible offer.

We typically focus on purchasing larger quantities across the categories mentioned above, as this allows us to move inventory more efficiently. In most cases, we look for a minimum of 300–500 units per SKU, item, or variation. The larger the quantity per SKU, the more ideal for us.

That said, this policy can vary. If your product has a higher retail value or strong market demand, we may consider smaller quantities on a case-by-case basis. For very limited lots, we may also combine them with similar inventory through our network to create a viable deal.

Once we purchase your inventory, it becomes our merchandise—and the responsibility for selling it rests with us, not you. We take on the risk of how quickly it moves. That said, you can rest assured that in over 20 years of business, we’ve never failed to sell through any inventory we’ve acquired.

While we buy a wide range of products, there are a few items we typically do not purchase, such as:
● Perishable goods
● Hazardous materials
● Illegal or counterfeit products
Feel free to contact us if you’re unsure about whether your products are eligible for liquidation.
Yes, we work with businesses that need to liquidate inventory from multiple product categories. Whether it’s electronics, apparel, or home goods, we can handle multiple categories in one transaction.
We take confidentiality seriously. Your inventory details, manifest, and any other sensitive information are kept secure and are only used for the purpose of providing you with an offer. We are committed to maintaining privacy and security at all times.
